Hatu is a recovery studio designed to support both physical recovery and mental resilience. Through intentional use of Red-light, cold plunge and sauna, we help regulate the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and improve how the body and mind respond to stress.

Red-Light Therapy

A 15 min sessions in a private room. We use 4 platinum LED red-light panels to maximize the benefits. This leads to healthier skin and hair, healthier joints, and quicker recovery from injuries that feel “permanent”

Arrive & Get Set Up
You’ll check in, get a brief orientation if it’s your first visit, and have everything you need to focus on recovery — towels, water, and a calm, controlled environment.

Move Through Contrast Cycles
Alternate between sauna and cold plunge at your own pace. This controlled stress helps regulate your nervous system, support physical recovery, and build mental resilience over time.
